Kids Classes contain a mixture of many of our training techniques. Classes are varied to make them enjoyable and to keep the children’s focus and attention. Kids learn short versions of three adult forms: Gung ji Fook Fu Kuen, Seung Pao Gwan, Ji Mo Seung Dao before moving on to learning the longer adult forms. Gradings occur once or twice a year.

Children learn discipline, coordination, and self-defence in a playful, fun and supportive environment. Volunteers from the adult classes ensure there are many instructors for the class.
